- Cancellation by Customer:
- Customers may cancel their booking by providing written notification to our team via email or through the booking platform.
- Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the terms of the specific tour package. Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy applicable to their booking.
- Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
- Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation fees are determined based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the start date of the tour, as follows:
- 30-day notice: client forfeits 25% of full payment
- 20-day notice: client forfeits 50% of full payment
- 7-day notice: client forfeits 100% of full payment.
- Full refund if a day tour is canceled due to extreme weather conditions. Postponement of day tour possible.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within a few business days of receiving written notification of the cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the booking, unless otherwise requested by the customer and agreed upon by our team.
- Exceptions:
- In certain cases, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be granted at our discretion, such as in the event of documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
- Customers requesting an exception to the cancellation policy should contact our team as soon as possible to discuss their situation and provide supporting documentation if applicable.
- Tour Changes and Cancellations by Us:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or make significant changes to a tour (e.g., due to insufficient bookings, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure), customers will be notified as soon as possible.
- In such cases, customers may be offered alternative tour dates, a comparable alternative tour, or a full refund, depending on availability and customer preference.
- Force Majeure:
- We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes to the tour itinerary resulting from force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics).
- In the event of force majeure, our team will make every effort to assist affected customers and minimize disruption to their travel plans, but we cannot guarantee refunds or compensation in such circumstances.
